The current situation in Chinese society is that 11.79 million college students will be entering the workforce this year.

The number of university graduates in China has surged this year, reaching 11.79 million!

They are about to enter society.

With such a large influx of people into the job market all at once, you can imagine the scene!

Delivery drivers, ride-hailing drivers, and couriers may face even greater competition.

First and foremost are those who rely on their education for their livelihood.

Do you think you can easily live a good life by passing the postgraduate entrance exam or the civil service exam?

Let me tell you, the competition today is even fiercer than you imagine.

For example, there was a college student who trended on social media some time ago. After graduating for more than three years and failing to pass the postgraduate entrance exam multiple times and hitting a wall in the civil service exam, he had no choice but to stay at home and play games, becoming a true "stay-at-home."

You might think that there will always be some outstanding individuals among so many students, right?

But the fact is, some people can only work as security guards after graduation, with a monthly salary of only five to six thousand, but they feel they're doing okay.

Some graduates from prestigious universities also end up working in restaurants, which is not impossible.

This is the harsh reality of the current job market for college students.

More people entering industries like food delivery, ride-hailing, and courier services make these already competitive industries even more crowded.

This influx of a large population brings immense pressure to those who have been working in these industries.

They may have been able to handle ten orders a day before, but now they may only be able to handle seven or eight. Their income decreases, but the pressure does not.

This is not just an individual problem, but a social problem.

This massive employment pressure and industry squeeze may solve the problem of employment quantity in the short term, but in the long run, it could be a social hazard.

A large number of highly educated talents are forced to engage in low-end jobs, which not only wastes educational resources but may also trigger greater social dissatisfaction and problems.

And the root of all this lies in the mismatch between the market and education.

The education sector keeps expanding enrollment, graduating more students every year, but the market's absorption capacity does not grow synchronously.

In this situation, not only do students feel confused, but parents also feel anxious.

They have invested a lot in their children's education, hoping they will have a good future, but reality is like this.

Therefore, the future of these 11.79 million university graduates is different for each one.

Some have found their way through their own efforts, while others are still struggling in confusion.

This reflects the problems in the entire society's employment environment and education system.

In the face of such challenges, we must think deeply about how to solve them.

First, the education sector should pay more attention to cultivating students' practical abilities rather than just pursuing enrollment rates.

Second, the government needs to formulate more flexible and inclusive employment policies to encourage entrepreneurship and self-employment.

Finally, all sectors of society should work together to provide more internship and job opportunities for college students, helping them better adapt to society.

Only in this way can we create a more fair and inclusive society together, where everyone can realize their own life value.
